UNITED COLORS OF BENETTON
ARTIST RESIDENCY
2006-2007


Fabrica is the creative facility of The United Colors of Benetton in Treviso, Italy. In 2006 I was invited for a year-long artist residence in Fabrica's Writing Department.


As the only native English speaker in the department, I was responsible for all English text copy in Fabrica including Colors Magazine, Fab Magazine, and numerous websites.


I worked as Editor for BenettonTalk.com managing a team of 10 international writers to report daily on topics including human rights, climate change, social justice and developing nations.


I also contributed to a variety of in-house projects at Fabrica, including Les Yeux Ouverts, a traveling multimedia exhibition.
